These terms are between you and Brave People ("we") and cover your use of Elim. Last updated [date].

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use Elim. Keep access to your email secure, since sign-in links go there. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your content

What you put into Elim stays yours. You give us permission to store it, display it to you, show it to people you share a link with, and send it to the services that run Elim (see Privacy), only to provide Elim to you.

Fair use

Don't use Elim to break the law, to harass anyone, to put others' private information in a shared world without their permission, or to probe, overload or get around the service's limits and security.

Plans and payment

Pro is billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Account page; Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to Free. If you go back to Free with more islands or worlds than Free allows, nothing is deleted; you just can't add more until you're under the limit. [Refund policy.]

Changes and availability

We are improving Elim all the time and may change or remove features. We will tell you by email before a change that takes something away you pay for. We aim to keep Elim running but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Elim is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Jurisdiction and governing law.]
